Jetstar is seeking an Operations Performance & Compliance Manager to shape safety governance and performance across Operations Delivery. This pivotal role sits at the intersection of compliance, risk management and continuous improvement.

Based at Jetstar Head Office in Docklands, the 15-month fixed-term hybrid position leads audits, safety initiatives and stakeholder engagement, helping our teams meet regulatory obligations while driving smarter ways of working.
