About the role:
n
Based out of our new Waurn Ponds community hub, you will deliver home-based Exercise Physiology services in the Wider Geelong region for clients aged 65+ accessing services through their Support at Home (SAH) package. The role focuses on strengths-based, goal-directed interventions that maximise independence.
n
This is an ongoing permanent position, including family‐friendly hours and varied working days.
n
You will receive regular one‐to‐one supervision and support from our Practice Lead. You'll also be supported by a large team of Exercise Physiologists, the Allied Health scheduling team, the Operations Manager,
and local on‐site staff.
n

About You:
n
You are an Exercise Physiologist with strong clinical skills, a client‐centred approach, and a commitment to continuous learning and best practice. You are motivated to deliver high-quality care, adapt to changing client needs, and contribute to a positive team culture. You value evidence-based practice, seek feedback to improve your work, and are dedicated to supporting older adults to achieve their goals and maintain independence.

We are looking for individuals with:
n
n
- ESSA accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist
n
- Recognised tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology
n
- Knowledge of evidence-based practice for older adults aged 65+
n
- Experience in Community Aged Care with clients receiving HCP/SAH services
n
- The ability to work autonomously and manage a caseload independently
n
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
n
- High‐level organizational skills and computer literacy
n

- A current Working With Children Check card
n
- Current and ongoing flu vaccinations
