We are seeking a highly motivated person who is keen to learn and grow within the company for a full time position in our Charmhaven Branch operating 7am – 4pm Monday to Friday.

The Role
n
An office-based sales role responding to trade & retail enquiries for quotes and orders, in the showroom, via phone and email.
n

- Build relationships with regular trade customers.

- Exceed customer expectations in quality, delivery, and value through teamwork & superior service.
n
- Work with the sales and warehouse staff to achieve delivery for all customer orders.
n
- Reinforce the company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all customer interactions.

The Applicant
n
The Ideal Candidate will be able to demonstrate:
n
n
- Sales experience in a trade or retail environment.
n
- Experience using Microsoft Office, Teams & ERP systems (preferred)
n
- High level of attention to detail.
n
- Excellent people & communication skills.
