Royal Freemasons is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team at Monash Gardens Residential Aged Care.

As a PCA, you’ll play a vital role in supporting residents’ comfort, dignity, and wellbeing. Working within a supportive and professional team, you’ll deliver high‑quality personal and clinical care tailored to each resident’s individual needs and preferences.

nKey Responsibilities: n
n

n
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents.
n
n
- Assist with personal care, including showering, dressing, toileting, mobility, and meals.
n
n
- Complete accurate care documentation and clinical records.
n
n
- Support residents and families with compassion and professionalism.
n
n
- Monitor and report changes in resident wellbeing, incidents, and hazards.
n
n
- Maintain compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, OH&S;, and infection control practices.
n
n




- Work collaboratively with the care team to achieve positive resident outcomes.
n
n
- Participate in mandatory training and continuous quality improvement activities.
n
n

nWhat You’ll Bring: n
n

n
n
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent.
n
n
- Experience in aged care or health services (preferred).
n
n
- A compassionate, patient, and resident‑focused approach.
n
n
- Robust communication and teamwork skills.
n
n
- Understanding of person‑centred care and dignity of risk.
n
n
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including minimum 2 day week shifts.
n
n

- Valid Police Clearance or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance .
