ENV Solutions is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of innovative water treatment projects across Northern NSW and Southeast Queensland.

n

This role suits someone who can own complex project delivery, manage commercial and contract performance, coordinate technical and site teams, and help strengthen ENV's project delivery systems.

n

Key responsibilities:

n

Lead the end to end delivery of water treatment projects, including scope, program, budget, resources, procurement, site delivery, commissioning, handover and closeout.

n

Manage project plans covering objectives, timelines, budgets, resources, procurement strategy, delivery risks and recovery actions.

n

Own project financial performance, including forecasts, cost to complete, margin visibility, procurement commitments, variations and early escalation of at risk work.

n

Lead contract management for assigned projects, including scope control, obligations, variations, claims, notices, subcontractor commitments and commercial risk.

n

Coordinate engineers, environmental specialists, technicians, suppliers and subcontractors to deliver practical, buildable and maintainable treatment solutions.

n

Support site mobilisation, commissioning, troubleshooting and technical decision making as required.

n

Ensure projects are delivered with operational readiness in mind, including maintainability, maintenance requirements, handover and ongoing plant performance where ENV owns or operates the system.

n

Manage relationships with clients, regulators,



subcontractors, team members and other project stakeholders.

n

Prepare clear project reports, presentations and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

n

Lead safety, environmental and quality outcomes across assigned projects.

n

Support business growth by identifying client opportunities, nurturing relationships and positioning ENV's services to meet client needs.

n

Coach project team members and contribute to continuous improvement of ENV's project delivery systems, templates, reporting and forecasting tools, lessons learned and standard ways of working.

n

5+ years' experience in a similar senior project management role.

n

Track record in the planning, management and delivery of water treatment projects.

n

Solid technical understanding of water treatment technologies and best practice treatment techniques.

n

Ability to troubleshoot, problem solve and make practical decisions under pressure.

n

Strong commercial discipline, including budget management, forecasting, variations, margin awareness and cost control.

n

Working knowledge of contract management, subcontractor coordination and project risk management.

n

Strong relationship management and communication skills.

n

Ability to lead project teams and develop junior team members.

n





Manual driver licence issued by an Australian State or Territory.

n

Bachelor of Engineering, Science or Project / Construction Management.

n

Experience with industrial water treatment, Biological Leachate Removal, temporary construction dewatering or permanent treatment plant operation.

n

Experience delivering projects where commissioning, maintainability, O&M; handover or ongoing plant performance are important success factors.
