Job Description

We're currently working with a leading national civil contractor who are gearing up for a strong pipeline of civil infrastructure projects across Melbourne.

With multiple projects kicking off across the North, West and South-East, they are looking to bring on several experienced Civil Supervisors to join the team.

n

The Role

n

n
- Take ownership of day-to-day site delivery across civil infrastructure projects
n
- Lead site crews, subcontractors and project teams
n
- Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard
n
- Coordinate resources, materials, plant and subcontractors
n
- Work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to keep projects on program
n
- Monitor quality, safety and productivity across site
n
- Assist with resolving issues and keeping projects moving
n

About You

n

We're looking for experienced Civil Supervisors who are confident running sites and taking ownership of delivery.

n

Ideally, you'll have:

n

n




- Strong experience supervising civil infrastructure projects including roads, highways, bridges, water infrastructure and more
n
- Solid understanding of construction methodology and site delivery
n
- Experience managing crews and subcontractors
n
- Strong communication and leadership skills
n
- Ability to work closely with Engineers and Project Managers
n
- A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to get things done
n
