As we continue the rollout of Vetera, our next-generation Practice Information Management System (PIMS), we're looking for a Vetera Support Coordinator to become the central point of contact for clinics and hospitals requiring support throughout this exciting transformation.
n
This is a hands‐on coordination role ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, stakeholder engagement, ticket management and supporting operational teams. You don't need previous Vetera experience as full training will be provided.
n
About the Role
n
Reporting to the PIMS Business Lead, you'll manage support requests from clinics and hospitals across the network, ensuring issues are accurately recorded, appropriately prioritised and driven through to resolution.
n
You'll play an important role in helping our teams navigate change, providing timely updates, practical solutions and a seamless support experience throughout the Vetera implementation journey.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
- Managing Vetera incidents, enquiries and change requests from clinics and hospitals
n
- Owning tickets from receipt through to resolution and closure
n
- Investigating and resolving straightforward queries using approved guidance
n
- Escalating complex or high-impact issues to the appropriate teams
n
- Coordinating support across technical, clinical, pricing, commercial and operational stakeholders
n
- Communicating clearly and regularly with clinics throughout the lifecycle of each request
n
- Identifying recurring issues and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
n
- Maintaining accurate support records, reports and documentation
n
- Assisting clinics during rollout, go‐live and early adoption phases
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast‐paced environment and enjoys bringing clarity and structure to complex situations.

You will ideally bring:
n
n
- Experience in a service desk, application support, project support, operational support or ticket coordination role
n
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
n
- Excellent problem‐solving and investigative skills
n
- Outstanding attention to detail and follow-through
n
- Robust written and verbal communication skills
n
- Confidence engaging with both operational and technical stakeholders
n
- Experience using ticketing or service management platforms
n
n
Highly regarded:
n
n
- Veterinary, healthcare or multi‐site operations experience
n
- Experience working with practice management, billing or operational systems
n
- Experience with Vetera or RxWorks
n
- Clinical or veterinary industry exposure
n
n
