Role Overview

n

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Industries Architect – Comms Cloud (Vlocity) to lead technical and functional architecture for Salesforce implementations within the Telecommunications industry.

n

Key Requirements

n

n
- 10–12 years of overall Salesforce CRM implementation experience.
n
- 5+ years of hands‐on experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud / Vlocity.
n
- Strong Telecommunications industry experience.
n
- At least one end-to-end Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) implementation, preferably in Telecom.
n
- Strong knowledge of CPQ, Order Management, EPC and CLM on Vlocity.
n
- Hands‐on experience with OmniStudio, including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures and Cards.
n
- Strong Salesforce development knowledge across Apex, SOQL/SQL, XML/JSON, Visualforce, JavaScript, SOAP and REST APIs.
n
- Experience in legacy CRM/system migration to Salesforce/Vlocity.
n
- Solid Salesforce configuration, integration and development capabilities.
n
- Salesforce Communications Cloud certification is preferred/required.
n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide technical architecture, oversight and governance for Salesforce/Vlocity projects in the Telecom domain.
n




- Lead technical and functional design sessions and define scalable Salesforce/Vlocity solutions.
n
- Architect and develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce and related technologies.
n
- Design and implement Vlocity solutions using Industry Console, OmniStudio, Cards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures and Product Modelling.
n
- Lead custom development, integrations and data migration activities.
n
- Mentor technical teams and provide guidance on Salesforce/Vlocity development and integration best practices.
n
- Support delivery teams in resolving complex technical and architectural challenges.
n
- Promote best practices, reusable solutions and continuous improvement across the Salesforce/Vlocity ecosystem.
n
