nThe Role:n
nWe are looking for a skilled and reliable Full time Barber/ Hairdresser to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about barbering, takes pride in their work, and enjoys creating a great experience for every client.n

nKey Responsibilities:n
n
nProvide high‑quality haircuts, fades, beard shaping, and grooming services using professional barbering tools.n
nConsult with clients to understand their preferred styles and recommend suitable cuts and grooming options.n
nPerform shampooing, conditioning, blow‑drying, straightening, and basic styling as required.n
nMaintain a clean, hygienic, and organised workstation, ensuring all tools are sanitised according to salon safety standards.n
nDeliver friendly and professional customer service, building strong client relationships and ensuring repeat business.n
nAssist with basic chemical services such as colouring or toning when required by senior staff.n
nPrepare clients for services, ensuring comfort and proper gowning.n
nWork collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive and efficient shop environment.n
nFollow workplace health and safety procedures and ensure compliance with salon hygiene regulations.n
nRequirements:n
n
nPrevious barbering experience preferred (1-3years)n
nCert 3 or cert 4 AQF or 3 years FT experiencen
nStrong skills in fades, tapers, and beard workn
nFriendly and professional attituden
nReliable and punctualn
nAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentn
nGood communication and customer service skillsn
