The role will involve hands-on irrigation work, supporting the efficient delivery of water to crops and keeping irrigation systems and equipment operating effectively.

Duties will include:

- Setting up, operating and monitoring irrigation systems
n
- Checking water flow and distribution throughout irrigation runs
n
- Monitoring pumps, pipes and irrigation equipment, and reporting faults
n
- Assisting with routine irrigation maintenance and repairs
n
- Keeping accurate records of irrigation activities
n
- Operating farm machinery and equipment as required
n
- Assisting with general farm duties between irrigation runs
n
- Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment
n
n
We're looking for someone who is reliable, safety-focused and comfortable working outdoors in a physically active role. You will need positive attention to detail, a practical approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Previous irrigation, farming or machinery experience will be highly regarded. A willingness to learn, follow instructions and communicate effectively with the team is essential.

Flexibility to work hours that suit irrigation schedules, including weekends where required, is important.

Applicants must hold a valid driver's licence and have their own transport due to the rural location of our operations.
