nThe radiologic technologist will work directly with the radiologist to perform a variety of diagnostic radiology procedures that require judgment, ingenuity and radiation protection practices, while responding to any of the patient's special, physical, emotional, spiritual and/or age-specific related needs.n

nClinical Excellence:n

nPerform high-quality radiographic and fluoroscopic exams safely and accurately according to established departmental protocols Patient-Centered Service:n
n
nProvide excellent customer service, patient education, and radiation safety checks during all imaging procedures Digital Documentation:n
n
nMaintain precise patient records across our Radiology Information System (RIS) and PACS platforms Mentorship & Collaboration:n
n
nServe as a clinical supervisor and educator for imaging students rotating through our clinical settings Team Operations:n
n




nCollaborate on workflow improvement projects, assist with patient transport, troubleshoot equipment, and maintain a clean, stocked imaging environment.n

nWhat You Bring (Qualifications)n
n
nEducation:n
n
nSuccessful completion of an accredited 2-year Radiologic Technology Program. Experience:n
n
n1+ years of general radiologic technologist experience is preferred butn
n
nnotn
n
nrequired. Licensure & Certifications:n
n
nActive Recent York State (NYS) Radiologic Technologist License. Temporary Permit is accepted (must obtain registered licensure within 180 days of receiving your temporary) ARRT Registry Eligible Current BLS Certification (or obtained at time of hire)n
