About the Role n

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Delivery Coordinator to join our growing dealership team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating vehicle deliveries, managing customer communication, and ensuring a smooth and positive delivery experience from start to finish. Working closely with multiple departments, you will play a key role in maintaining efficient operations, resolving issues quickly, and supporting the delivery process within a fast-paced EV dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities n

- Logistics Planning: Organizing schedules, routes, and personnel for product delivery.
n
- Customer Communication: Confirming delivery times, answering inquiries, and managing customer expectations.
n
- Order Management: Reviewing, processing, and tracking orders for accuracy.
n
- Problem Solving: Handling last-minute adjustments, delays, or issues during transport.
n
- Documentation: Preparing shipping paperwork and maintaining accurate records.
n

About You nn




- At least one year of customer-facing experience with strong customer service skills.
n
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of initiative and a goal-oriented mindset.
n
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to quickly learn new products and systems.
n
- A high standard of personal and professional presentation.
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
n
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues quickly and independently.
n
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across multiple business units.
n
- Relevant tertiary qualifications are highly regarded.
n
- Full working rights in Australia.
n
- Flexibility to work within a rotating roster, including weekends as required.
n
- A current full NSW Driver's Licence with a safe driving record, which must be maintained throughout employment.
