Are you an experienced Room Leader or experienced educator looking to step up and join a service where you'll be genuinely valued and supported?

We're partnering with a beautiful community-based early learning centre that is seeking a passionate and confident Room Leader to lead one of their rooms. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a welcoming team, supportive leadership group, and a service that prioritises both children and educators.

About the Role
n As the Room Leader, you'll be responsible for leading your team, creating engaging learning experiences, and fostering positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. You'll play a key role in mentoring educators while ensuring a high standard of care and education within your room.

About You

n

n
- Diploma or ECT qualification recognised by ACECQA
n
- Previous experience leading a room within an early childhood setting
n
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
n
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
n




- Passion for providing high-quality education and care
n
- Current Working With Children Check
n
- Enjoys being of a team and working together
n
