Key Responsibilities

- Leadandsupportcabinetmakersandapprenticeswithintheworkshop
- Coordinateday-to-dayproductionactivitiesandmaintainanefficientworkflow
- Useyourcabinetmakingexpertisetoguideteammembersandresolveproductionissues
- Manufacture,assembleandfinishqualitycabinetryandjoinery
- Checkcompletedworktoensurehighstandardsofworkmanshipandaccuracy
- Interpretarchitecturaldrawings,plans,specificationsandmeasurements
- Operateandoverseethesafeuseofworkshopmachineryandequipment
- Monitorproductionprogressandhelptheteammeetrequireddeadlines




- Providepracticalsupportandtechnicalguidancetolessexperiencedteammembers
- Assistwithcabinetryinstallationswhenrequired
- Maintainanorganised,cleanandsafeworkshop
- Followworkplacehealthandsafetyproceduresandencouragesafeworkpractices
- Workcloselywiththeproductionteamtoimproveefficiencyandoutput

Requirements & Eligibility

- Trade-qualifiedCabinetmakerwithCertificateIIIoranequivalentqualification
- Provenprofessionalexperienceincabinetmakingandjoinery
- Demonstratedabilitytomanufactureandassemblequalitycabinetry
- PreviousLeadingHandorteamleadershipexperienceishighlyregarded
- Strongunderstandingofworkshopproductionprocesses
- Abilitytoreadandinterprettechnicaldrawings,plansandspecifications
- Competentandsafeuseofrelevantcabinetmakingmachineryandequipment
- Strongattentiontodetailandcommitmenttoquality
- Goodcommunicationandteamleadershipskills
