To be considered for this role, ideally we are looking for:
n

- An understanding, empathy, appreciation and the ability to promote the values of the organization
n
- Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA
n
- Demonstrated aged care experience preferred
n
- The ability to work as part of a team and promote education/leadership in aged care
n
- Understanding of and commitment to continuous quality improvement
n
- Experience in assessments and developing care plans
n
- Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope
n
- Consider physical, social and psychological requirements
n
- Create and update care plans to reflect the developing needs of residents
n
- An understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
n
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
n
- Demonstrated well-developed computer and documentation skills
n
- Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
n
- Confidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously
n
