Job Responsibilities n

- Front Desk Management : Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and handle inquiries in a professional manner.

- Administrative Support : Manage office correspondence, scheduling, filing, and data entry.
n
- Customer Service : Assist customers with inquiries related to vehicle purchases, registrations, and service appointments.
n
- Document Handling : Maintain accurate records of vehicle registrations, invoices, and customer details.
n
- Coordination : Work closely with sales, service, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
n

Requirements nn
- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant,



or in a similar role (automotive experience is a plus).
n
- Knowledge of car registration processes and documentation (preferred).
n
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office software.
n
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
n
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
- Mandarin speaker preferred but not essential.
n

Preferred Qualifications nn
- Previous experience in an automotive dealership or related industry.
n
- Familiarity with DMV or vehicle registration procedures.
