We're partnering with a well‐established Managed Services Provider that believes great IT is about more than resolving incidents. The role involves solving complex technical challenges, building strong client relationships, and proactively improving IT environments across diverse client environments.

What you'll be doing
n
n
- Providing Level2 technical support across a diverse client portfolio.
n
- Supporting and administering Microsoft365, Intune, SharePoint and Windows environments.
n
- Managing and troubleshooting Cisco and Aruba networking solutions.
n
- Working across both Windows and macOS platforms.
n
- Delivering onboarding, migrations, office relocations and infrastructure projects.
n
- Identifying opportunities to improve security, performance and reliability, including supporting EssentialEight compliance initiatives.
n
- Building trusted relationships with clients through exceptional technical advice and service.
n
n
What you'll bring
n
n
- 3+ years of experience in hands‐on IT support or technical consulting roles.
n
- Strong Microsoft365 administration experience, including Intune and SharePoint.
n
- Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.
n
- Networking experience with Cisco and/or Aruba technologies.
n
- Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.
n
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication and client‐facing skills.
n
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improving customer environments.
