Job Description
First Focus is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to own the end-to-end recruitment function across Australia, Recent Zealand, and the Philippines. You will shape the TA strategy, lead a distributed team, and partner with senior stakeholders to hire critical, technical roles and build scalable pipelines.
