- Developing a complete understanding of key account needs.
- Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company.
- Resolving key client issues and complaints through effective communication within Sherwin Williams and customers.
- Provide technical support to assist with customer issues and new product introductions.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by working with Technical to propose solutions that meet their objectives, and support customer line investigations.
- Work with team members to ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner. Include forecasting based on customer information and usage.
- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals,
and quarterly initiatives to share with team members.
- Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management
- Study the market and look for new opportunities.
Qualifications
- FORMAL EDUCATION:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree or above
- Preferred: Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Business Administration
- KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
- Required: At least 5 years of relevant Sales / Technical experience
- Preferred: Valuable communication and writing skills.
- Good understanding of Microsoft software.
- Good understanding of databased systems.
