Key Responsibilities:

- Provide skilled and compassionate nursing care in the comfort of patients' homes.

- Demonstrate competency in catheter care when required.

- Deliver safe, high-quality, and person-centred care to clients.

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation of care provided.

Requirements:

n

- Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA.
n
- Competency in catheter care (ideal, but not mandatory).
n
- A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
n
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centred care.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Ability to work effectively and independently in a community and home care setting.
n

Job Type: Casual Contract positions available.

Availability: Flexible scheduling including weekdays,



weekends, and public holidays.

n

Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
