NCS Australia seeks a highly skilled GCP AI Engineer to join our Intelligent Contact team. You will move beyond scripted automation to architect autonomous AI systems for enterprise-scale customer interactions, using Vertex AI and advanced models.

You will lead high-reasoning agent development, implement real-time data integration, and drive scalable MLOps while mentoring junior engineers in a fast-paced workplace.
