About the Role

n

As a Room Attendant, you will play an important role in ensuring guest rooms and accommodation areas are presented to a high standard. You'll help create a welcoming and comfortable setting for every guest by delivering quality housekeeping services and maintaining outstanding cleanliness throughout the property.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and accommodation areas to company standards
n
- Change bed linen, replace towels, and replenish room amenities
n
- Ensure rooms are clean, presentable, and guest-ready within required timeframes
n
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public areas and shared spaces
n
- Report maintenance issues, damages, and safety hazards promptly
n
- Safely use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
n
- Support daily housekeeping schedules and room turnover processes
n
- Maintain consistent housekeeping and cleanliness standards throughout the property
n
- Handle lost property in accordance with venue procedures
n
- Deliver friendly and professional service when interacting with guests
n
- Support the wider accommodation team as required
n

About You

n

n
- Has previous housekeeping, accommodation, hotel, or commercial cleaning experience, which is highly regarded but not essential
n
- Takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
n
- Has strong attention to detail
n
- Is reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
n
- Has a positive attitude and team-focused approach
n




- Has strong time management and organisational skills
n
- Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
n
- Has positive communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Has flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
n
- Is physically capable of performing manual handling and cleaning duties
