We are currently seeking a permanent full-time Procurement Manager to join our team. This opportunity is based at our Foodworks Burnside. The position offers a competitive salary, commensurate with experience and skill level.n
nRESPONSIBILITIES:n
n●Developing, implementing, and overseeing procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution strategies, policies, and operational plans.n
n●Planning and managing inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability while keeping overall costs to a minimum.n
n●Establishing and negotiating supplier agreements to achieve the required standards of quality, pricing, and delivery.n
n●Reviewing and managing inventory and storage processes to ensure continuous supply and effective control of stock levels.n
n●Maintaining inventory tracking and documentation systems to monitor the movement of supplies and finished products and identify appropriate times for replenishment.n
n●Coordinating with internal teams and customers to understand requirements for dispatched goods and arrange suitable transportation and delivery services.n
n●Supervising the accurate documentation and processing of purchasing, warehousing, and distribution activities.n
n●Allocating duties to staff, supervising day-to-day activities, and assessing staff performance to ensure operational efficiency.n
n●Managing the delivery of products and services in line with customer and client needs and expectations.n

n●Minimum 1 year qualification is required as a Procurement Manager,n
n●Minimum 1 year experience in a relevant discipline is required,n
