About the role
n Blooms The Chemist Goulburn is seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join their team on a full-time basis. As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to our patients, ensuring their safety and well-being. This is a hands-on role that will see you working closely with patients, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to deliver excellent customer service and optimise patient outcomes.

What you'll be doing

- Dispensing medications accurately and safely
n
- Providing advice and information to patients on the proper use of medications, potential side effects, and interactions
n
- Collaborating with doctors and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated, patient-centred care
n
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all patient interactions and medication dispensing
n
- Ensuring the pharmacy complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and professional standards
n
- Participating in the continuous improvement of pharmacy operations and patient care
n

What we're looking for

n

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification
n




- Current registration as a Pharmacist
n
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Pharmacist in a community setting
n
- Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to provide evidence-based pharmaceutical care
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, doctors, and other healthcare professionals
n
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
n
- Commitment to continuous professional development and a patient-centred approach to care
