Provide end-user level IT support services at the Customer Offices ( Adelaide, Perth & Brisbane) .

n

The role focuses on delivering onsite and remote support for end user devices and software, supporting IT activities, and ensuring a high-quality user experience under the supervision of the EUC Lead.

Key Technical Skills: n
n

Desktop and laptop support

n

Software installation and configuration

n

Remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, Remote Desktop, etc.)

n

Basic network troubleshooting

n

Active Directory (user account management, permissions)

n

Device imaging and deployment tools (desirable)

n

Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

n

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

n

Customer-focused approach with a service-oriented mindset

n

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests effectively

n

Attention to detail and commitment to quality

n

Ability to work independently under supervision

Team collaboration and coordination skills, Adaptability in a dynamic IT environment

Key Responsibilities: n

Handle and resolve end-user issues in a timely and professional manner

n

Provide end-user services including troubleshooting, guidance, and technical assistance

n

Deliver onsite break/fix support for hardware and software issues

n





Coordinate with and escalate hardware-related issues to third-party service providers

n

Provide remote support to users as required

n

Diagnose and resolve laptop and desktop-related issues

n

Deploy and install software on user workstations

n

Deliver desk side (in-person) support to end users

n

Install, configure, and maintain customer-owned end-user devices and software

n

Maintain accurate records of incidents, service requests, and resolutions

n

Support IS project activities as assigned by the EUC Lead, Ensure adherence to IT policies, procedures, and security standards

n
Essential Qualification: n

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Relevant IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation) are desirable

n
Required Experience: n

2-4 years of experience in an EUC, desktop support, or IT support role

n

Experience providing onsite and remote technical support

n

Hands-on experience with:

n

o Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11)

n

o Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 applications

n

o Hardware troubleshooting (laptops, desktops, peripherals)

n

Experience with software deployment and endpoint configuration

n

Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management processes; experience working with third-party vendors/service providers

n
