Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Grounds Maintenance / Handy Person to join our team in Darwin. This is a hands-on outdoor role involving general grounds, gardening, maintenance and site clean-up duties.

We are looking for someone who is physically fit, reliable and takes pride in keeping sites clean, safe and well maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

- General grounds and garden maintenance.
n
- Lawn mowing and whipper snipping.
n
- Weed spraying and general garden upkeep.
n
- Litter collection and rubbish removal.
n
- General site clean-up.
n
- Basic handyman and maintenance tasks.
n
- Maintaining tools and equipment.
n
- Following site and safety requirements.
n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- Previous grounds maintenance, gardening or handyman experience is highly regarded.
n




- Good physical fitness and ability to complete manual outdoor work.
n
- Reliable with a solid work ethic.
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
- Commitment to workplace safety.
n

Requirements:

n

- Current Driver's Licence.
n
- Current National Police Check or ability to obtain.
n
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
n
- Ability to apply for and obtain a Defence Common Access Card (DCAC).
n
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol test if required.
