We are hiring "Service Operations Agent" for one of our clients . We offer a wide gamut of consulting solutions customized to our 450+ clients ranging from Fortune 500/1000 to Start-ups across various verticals like Technology, Financial Services, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Oil & Gas, Energy, Retail, Telecom, Utilities, Technology, Manufacturing, the Internet, and Engineering.
Job Summary
Position : Service Operations Agent
Location : Sydney
Full Time: 6 - 12 Months contract with possibility of extension
Essential Functions Of The Job
n The Business Analyst - AMK/KYC/Risk Control requires to work on Financial Crime and Regulatory & Governance projects. The professional must have worked in an Agile environment and solid Stakeholder Management experience.

Qualifications Basic

n

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent required from an accredited institution.
Required Skills and Responsibilities

- Respond to customer queries and customers concerns via inbound and outbound chats as a part of managing workflow
n




- Provide end to end support from creation of an account through income and liability assessments of the customer's credit file and its maintenance and product servicing
n
- The role would involve asking the right questions from the customer on his /her request /problem
n
- The role would also involve taking to the bankers and senior lenders & support teams
n
- Maintain a deep understanding of banking process and policies
n
- Handel customer issues and product escalations through chatbot and live calls
n
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers on their application progress enquiries
n
- You should be responsible to exhibit capacity for critical thinking and analysis.

- Responsible to showcase proven work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger collaborative environment
