Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our Biotechnology Manufacturing Facility (BMF) team.

n

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating manufacturing materials, managing inventory processes, maintaining Bill of Materials (BOMs), and supporting SAP system activities to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations within a GMP-regulated environment. You will work closely with Production, Procurement, Quality, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams to support the timely availability of materials required for the manufacture of life-saving therapies.

This is an onsite role which will be based in Broadmeadows.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Coordinate the ordering and supply of manufacturing materials to support production schedules and operational requirements.
n
- Create and maintain Bill of Materials (BOMs) for manufacturing processes.
n
- Monitor inventory levels, material usage, and stock movements to ensure supply continuity while minimizing waste and expiry.
n
- Act as a key SAP/ERP super user, supporting Production Planning, Material Management, and Warehouse Management activities.
n
- Maintain accurate inventory and material data within ERP systems.
n
- Coordinate new item creation and material change activities, including supporting change controls and approvals.
n
- Collaborate with Procurement, Quality Control, Warehouse, QA, and external suppliers to ensure uninterrupted material supply.

- Support quality systems activities,



including deviation investigations and change control processes.
n
- Ensure compliance with GMP, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements
n
- Support facility and equipment GMP readiness activities including campaign setup and troubleshooting operational issues

About You

You are a proactive and collaborative professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and has a strong focus on accuracy, process compliance, and continuous improvement.

Essential Requirements

n

n
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Science, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
n
- Experience working in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
n
- Experience using SAP is essential
n
- Inventory management, materials planning, or supply chain experience.
n
- Coordination experience.
n
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
n
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
n
