Through professionalism, attention to detail and a genuine commitment to helping others, you’ll play an important role in supporting both our team and the clients we serve.
About the Role
In our Reception & Administration role, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of the people who interact with DANS.
You’ll play a vital role in creating a positive experience while providing administrative support that helps keep our office running smoothly.
No two days are exactly the same, which is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and being part of a busy, supportive environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
? Reception & Customer Service
- Welcoming clients, families, staff and visitors to our office
- Answering incoming phone calls and responding to enquiries
- Directing enquiries to the appropriate team members
- Creating a friendly, professional and welcoming environment
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
? Administration Support
- Providing administrative support across the organisation
- Preparing documents, reports and correspondence
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Assisting with data entry and general office administration
- Ordering and monitoring office supplies
? Team Support
- Assisting the broader team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Supporting office projects and initiatives
- Helping maintain efficient and organised office operations
- Building positive relationships with staff, clients and stakeholders

Experience We’d Love to See
Highly Regarded
- Previous experience in reception, administration or customer service
- Experience in a fast-paced office environment
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Experience working within healthcare, aged care, disability or community services (desirable)
Essential
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Current Driver’s Licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
