THE POSITION n

- Assist the chef in food preparation and production
n
- Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen
n
- Support with kitchen duties during busy periods
n
- Operate the POS system for smooth customer transactions
n
- Serve food and beverages with a friendly, professional approach
n
- Deliver excellent customer service and a positive dining experience
n
THE PERSON nn
- Genuine passion for food and delivering outstanding customer service
n
- Strong communication skills and a well presented professional appearance
n
- Confident in working independently and excellent interpersonal skills
n
- Previous experience in kitchen support or customer service is an advantage
n
- Positive work ethic - comfortable working solo and contributing to a team
