We're looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to become the driving force behind our Customer Accounts team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and leading a high-performing team.

As the primary point of contact for our customers, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service levels, promoting our manufacturing capabilities and helping to drive revenue growth across existing and new accounts.
Senior Account Manager duties: n
n
- Managing and developing relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
n
- Acting as the lead contact for customer enquiries, quotations, orders and ongoing communications.
n
- Promoting our products, services and manufacturing expertise through customer engagement, social media and marketing communications.
n
- Supporting customer visits, presentations and on-site demonstrations.
n
- Working closely with Production, Quality and Technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
n
- Managing customer communications plans, including LinkedIn content and email newsletters.
n
- Progressing quotations, gathering customer feedback and maximising conversion opportunities.
n
- Monitoring KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
n
- Managing, training and developing members of the Accounts team.
n
- Conducting customer visits throughout the UK and potentially internationally.
n
- Supporting business growth through proactive sales activity and relationship management.
n
The successful Senior Account Manager will have the following skills and experience. nn
- Previous experience in Account Management, Customer Relationship Management or Business Development
n
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
n
- A strong commercial mindset and customer-focused approach
n
- Experience leading, motivating and developing teams
n
- Confidence working across multiple departments and managing competing priorities
n
- Solid problem-solving, analytical and organisational skills
n
- The ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

- A proactive, positive and target-driven attitude

- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for customer visits
