With stores nationwide and a bold growth strategy, we’re looking for a data-driven and proactive CRM & Loyalty Coordinator to manage direct marketing campaigns, optimise customer lifecycle journeys, and support our loyalty program across Bevilles’ national footprint.

What You’ll Do: nn
- Execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push, and inbound channels
n
- Lead campaign briefing, performance tracking, and reporting
n
- Optimise engagement through A/B testing and audience segmentation
n




- Support loyalty program operations and internal team education
n
- Analyse data to reduce churn and increase customer value
n

What You’ll Bring: nn
- 4+ years' experience in CRM, loyalty, retention, lifecycle or direct marketing.
n
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms, with Braze experience highly regarded.
n
- Robust knowledge of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing and campaign optimisation.
n
- Experience managing loyalty programs and customer engagement initiatives.
n
- Exceptional analytical, project management and stakeholder engagement skills.A degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related discipline.
n
