We're looking for reliable Casual Groundspersons to support the maintenance and presentation of sports fields and recreational facilities across Sydney's Northern Beaches. This flexible, ad-hoc role is ideal for someone seeking casual hours, supplementary income or a pathway into the sports turf industry.

Working alongside experienced Sports Turf professionals, you'll help prepare and maintain playing surfaces used by local clubs, schools and the wider community.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Assisting with the maintenance and presentation of sports fields and open spaces
n
- Mowing, line marking and general turf maintenance
n
- Setting up and packing down sporting equipment
n
- Supporting field preparation for training sessions, matches and events
n
- Maintaining high presentation standards across sporting facilities
n
- Operating and caring for grounds maintenance equipment
n




- Assisting with irrigation, renovations and seasonal turf works
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
n
- Interest in sports grounds, turf management or outdoor maintenance
n
- Reliability and flexibility to work ad-hoc shifts as required
n
- Ability to perform physical outdoor work
n
- Current driver's licence preferred
n
- Experience in sports turf, grounds maintenance, landscaping or gardening is advantageous but not essential
