On behalf of our client, a globally recognised luxury fashion house, we are delighted to be partnering with them to appoint an accomplished Boutique Director for their Bondi Junction boutique.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced retail leader to join one of the world's most exciting and sought-after luxury brands, leading a high-performing boutique and delivering an elevated client experience synonymous with the brand's global reputation.

We are looking for a commercially astute and inspiring retailer who combines strong business acumen, operational excellence and a genuine passion for people and client experience.

As Boutique Director, you will take ownership of the boutique's commercial performance and day-to-day operations, while creating a world-class environment where both clients and team members feel valued, inspired and engaged.

n

You will be a natural leader who knows how to motivate and develop a team, foster a positive and collaborative culture, and drive performance with energy and authenticity. A strong background in premium or luxury fashion is advantageous; however, we are equally interested in your leadership capability, commercial mindset and ability to deliver an exceptional retail experience.

Reporting to the Retail Director, you will lead a small, close-knit team and play an important role within the wider Australian and global retail organisation.

Key Responsibilities & Experience

n

Proven senior-level retail management experience, ideally within premium, luxury or high-end retail

n





Strong commercial acumen, with a demonstrated ability to drive sales, KPIs and key performance metrics

n

Proven experience developing and executing client development strategies to build long-term client relationships and loyalty

n

Exceptional people leadership skills, with a track record of coaching, developing and inspiring teams to achieve their potential

n

Solid experience in performance management, talent development and succession planning

n

Confidence operating within a global organisation and engaging with senior stakeholders, regional teams and international offices

n

Strong product knowledge across luxury fashion, ideally including RTW, accessories and leather goods

n

A highly commercial, solutions-focused and entrepreneurial mindset

n

A positive, energetic leadership style and the ability to create a fun, inclusive and high-performing team culture

n
