The Positive Guys in Victoria is seeking a Customer Support Team Member for the Sales and Service Hub to deliver a positive post-service experience and resolve issues promptly. You’ll manage delivery scheduling and support timely payments by processing supplier claims, while maintaining a customer-first approach.
