We're looking for a driven and relationship-focused Territory Manager to take ownership of a well-established regional territory based in

n

Your patch covers:
n Ballarat to Horsham
n Warracknabeal
n Nhill
n Edenhope

n

This is a hands-on, on-the-road sales role where you'll manage existing accounts while actively growing recent business.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Manage and grow an established customer base
n
- Build strong relationships with workshops, auto electricians, and trade customers
n
- Identify and win new business through proactive sales activity
n
- Conduct regular face-to-face visits and cold calls
n
- Prepare quotes, negotiate, and close sales
n
- Monitor competitor activity and uncover growth opportunities
n
- Support the branch when required
n

Qualifications nn
- A confident communicator who enjoys being out on the road
n
- Strong at building relationships and delivering excellent customer service
n
- Sales-driven and proactive,



comfortable with cold calling
n
- Self-motivated and resilient, particularly in a regional territory
n
- A team player who is happy to pitch in when needed
n
