Royal Freemasons is seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our Community Services and Wellbeing team. This part-time role works 9:00am to 5:00pm on Wednesdays and Fridays, supporting the health, mobility, and wellbeing of our clients.

As a Physiotherapist, you will deliver flexible, person-centred services tailored to each client's individual needs and goals. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, you will contribute to positive client outcomes while supporting broader organisational initiatives and wellbeing programs.

Your expertise will play a key role in helping clients maintain independence, improve quality of life, and achieve their health and mobility objectives.

Your Responsibilities:

- Deliver physiotherapy assessments, treatments, and exercise programs to community clients.
n
- Support clients to improve mobility, strength, independence, and wellbeing.
n
- Provide education and self-management strategies tailored to individual needs.
n
- Contribute to care planning and multidisciplinary client assessments.
n
- Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to coordinate care and referrals.
n
- Plan, implement, and review physiotherapy programs and interventions.
n
- Provide clinical guidance to team members and support Allied Health Assistants.
n
- Maintain accurate documentation and deliver services in line with professional standards.
n

Who We Are Looking For:
n
n
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy or Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours).
n
- Current registration as a Physiotherapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
n
- Minimum 2 years' clinical experience as a Physiotherapist.
n
- Demonstrated leadership and team support experience.
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and other relevant software systems.
n
- Solid customer service skills with a professional and confident approach to stakeholder engagement.
n
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Ability to build positive relationships with clients, families, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
n
