About the Opportunity
n
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Project Administrator to join a well-established construction services business operating across the Northern Territory.
n
Supporting multiple divisions, you’ll play a key role in the successful delivery of major infrastructure and defence-related projects, including large-scale marine and government works.
n
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role suited to someone who can hit the ground running , enjoys variety, and thrives in a structured project environment.
n
This position plays a critical role in ensuring projects are well-organised, compliant, and running efficiently . You’ll be the central point of coordination, supporting teams across multiple projects and contributing directly to successful project delivery.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Provide administrative support to Project Managers, Construction Managers, and engineering teams
n
- Coordinate meetings, site visits, and project logistics including travel, accommodation, and inductions
n
- Assist with mobilisation and onboarding of project personnel
n
- Maintain and manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
n
- Support project delivery from mobilisation through to completion
n
- Liaise with internal teams, site personnel, and external stakeholders
n
- Utilise systems including Procore, Servicemate, Hammertech, and SharePoint
n
n
About You
n
n
- Proven experience in a Project Administration role within construction, engineering, or a similar industry in Australia.
n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
n
- Experience using project management systems (Procore, Hammertech, etc.) highly regarded
n
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a compliant, process-driven environment
n
- Confident communicator with a proactive, can-do attitude
n
- Available to start immediately
n
