We are seeking a passionate Advanced Retail Qualified (3IC) to drive the sales floor at our Factory Outlet in Essendon DFO, VIC.

Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in: nn
- Achieving store targets and optimal consumer experience within an adidas concept store through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment.
n
- Role modelling our service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
n
- Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
n




- Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment
n
- Training and coaching team to fine tune service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.
n
- Coordinate team members to ensure most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process
n
- Share best practices to drive the overall store team performance
n

Experience in the following will be highly regarded: nn
- Retail Team Leader of men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear
n
- Visual Merchandising
n
- Stockroom Procedures
n
