As the Business Development Executive, you will:

n

n
- Utilise your scaffolding knowledge and industry contacts to create recent business opportunities with Tier 1 & 2 commercial construction clients

n
- Build strong business relationships with Project Managers, Procurement, Contract Administrator and Site Managers

n
- Provide quotes and solutions to potential clients

n
- Manage sales pipeline and future business opportunities

n
- Conduct pre and post evaluations of projects

n




- Work with the Branch Manager and Operational teams to ensure service level agreements are achieved

n
- Plan and execute territory sales plans

n
- Respond to tender requests and negotiate supply contracts

n
- Monitor competitor activities and market activities

n

nRequirements n

To be successful in the role, it is essential that you have scaffolding knowledge and sales experience. Working previously on medium to large scale commercial projects, you will demonstrate:

- Exceptional rapport-building and relationship management skills

n
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

n
- Excellent project management skills

n
- A can-do-attitude

n
- Technical knowledge or hands-on Scaffolding experience is an advantage.
