About the Role n
We are seeking an immediately available administrator to join a supply planning team in a short term capacity (potential for extension). You will support the team by managing purchasing processes, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with internal communications and compliance reporting.

- Provided administrative support to the supply planning teamincluding managing emails, documents, and records

- Assisted with updating inventory and order information to help keep planning data accurate and up to date

- Coordinated communication between internal teams and suppliers to support smooth daily operations

- Prepared basic reports, spreadsheets, and data entry to assist with planning activities

- Prior experience in administrative support, with exposure to purchasing and invoicing tasks

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with suppliers and internal teams

- Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting, data entry, and general administration

- Highly organised and productive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
