Job Description

Village Cinemas is seeking a Duty Manager to lead daily front-of-house operations and guest experiences at our Melbourne sites. You will report to the site leadership team and guide staff to deliver seamless service, maintain high standards, and ensure safety and compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, a can-do attitude, and a focus on guest satisfaction. Evening, weekend, and public holiday availability is expected in this energetic cinema environment.
