Job Description

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking an Contract Logistics Operational Contract Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations for a key global FMCG customer, ensuring solid performance, customer satisfaction, and financial control. The role owns the site contract and aligns execution with customer expectations, KPIs and commercial objectives.

Responsibilities include driving cost, productivity, and service KPIs; onboarding and developing teams; and contributing to tender inputs.
