Due to an Orthopedic Surgeon tapering back with plans to retire within the next year, one of the most beautiful locations in Wyoming has a brand-new prospect for an Orthopedic Surgeon to take over an existing patient panel. Join a well-established multi-specialty team offering full-spectrum care, including on-site Primary Care, Behavioral Health, Women's Health, and Surgical Sub-specialties. You'll have a voice in the organization and enjoy the work/life balance physicians strive for throughout their careers!

The ideal candidate:

- BC/BE Orthopedic Surgeon with robotics training
n
- Practicing surgeons and new grads are encouraged to apply
n

Position Details:

n

n
- $650,000–$800,000 base salary plus lucrative RVU model
n
- Opportunity to focus up to 100% on sports medicine if desired
n
- Typical schedule: 4 clinic days + 1 at-home admin day (negotiable)
n
- Clinic hours: 8 AM–5 PM (negotiable)
n
- Call: 1:3; extremely light as very little trauma is performed
n
- No weekends or late nights outside of call
n
- Extensive benefits package, including retirement
