We are seeking an experienced Automation / Electrical / IT-OT Project Engineer to support a major manufacturing transformation and modernization program within a leading FMCG production facility. This role will focus on automation systems integration, electrical infrastructure projects, industrial networks, OT architecture, and manufacturing optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Lead automation and control systems integration projects across manufacturing operations.
n
- Support the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of PLC, SCADA, HMI, and industrial control systems.
n
- Manage electrical infrastructure upgrades, power distribution, and site electrical improvement projects.
n
- Develop and support OT (Operational Technology) architecture and industrial network integration.
n
- Ensure alignment between IT and OT systems to support manufacturing operations.
n
- Support OT cybersecurity initiatives and compliance with site standards.
n
- Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and system integrators throughout project execution.
n
- Drive process automation and factory optimization projects to improve capacity, efficiency, and reliability.
n
- Support commissioning, startup, troubleshooting, and performance ramp-up activities.
n
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and project teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
n

Required Qualifications & Experience nn
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Mechatronics,



Control Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
n
- Proven experience in automation, electrical, controls, or IT-OT engineering within FMCG, food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environments .
n
- Hands-on experience with PLC, SCADA, HMI, and industrial control systems.
n
- Strong understanding of industrial communication networks and OT infrastructure.
n
- Experience managing automation or electrical capital projects.
n
- Proven commissioning and startup experience in manufacturing facilities.
n
- Knowledge of industrial cybersecurity principles and OT network architecture.
n
- Solid problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
n

- Dairy, food, beverage, or FMCG manufacturing operations.
n
- Brownfield and greenfield manufacturing projects.
n
- Plant modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
n
- MES, Industrial IoT, and manufacturing systems integration.
