W Brisbane located at 81 North Quay; Brisbane City is hiring a Part-Time Night Auditor. Our jobs aren't just about giving guests a smooth check-in and check-out. Instead, we want to build an experience that is memorable and unique. You will assist in providing our guests with the luxury 'W ' experience; helping to provide memorable and unique experiences any hour. You must have a focus on Loyalty and Guest Service, and require experience in the following:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

n

n
- Experience in a similar role within a hotel workplace
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- Energised in a fast-paced environment
n
- Familiar with Opera property management system
n
- Post charges, process payments (cash, card, checks), and complete night audit procedures.
n
- Run backups, roll system date, and generate required reports
n
- Check in guests and assign rooms
n
- Activate/reissue room keys and handle telephone operations including wake-up calls and message
n
- Maintain confidentiality, follow company policies, and support team goals
n
- Must be available to work Overnight Shifts
