Digital Marketing Manager - Ecommerce Gold Coast | Full-time | $110K–$130K + Super The Role n

We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of performance marketing and e-commerce growth across two growing brands.

n

This is a outstanding opportunity for an experienced agency marketer looking to move in-house , or a performance marketer ready to take greater ownership of commercial results.

n

You’ll be responsible for Google & Meta, Shopify, CRO, lead generation and campaign performance , working closely with social and web specialists.

What We’re Looking For n

n
- 6+ years’ digital marketing experience
n
- Strong hands‑on Google Ads & Meta Ads experience
n
- Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets
n
- Strong e‑commerce / Shopify experience
n
- Solid understanding of ROAS, CAC, conversion & attribution
n
- Experience with CRM/email automation (HubSpot highly regarded)
n
- Confident using AI as part of your everyday workflow
n

What You’ll Do nn




- Own and optimise Google & Meta campaigns across significant budgets
n
- Drive e-commerce growth through Shopify, CRO and landing pages
n
- Monitor and improve ROAS, CAC, conversion and lead quality
n
- Build HubSpot email campaigns and automations
n
- Improve the customer journey from ad → conversion → sale
n
- Use AI and automation to improve efficiency and performance
