Trippas White Group (TWG) operates over 160 iconicvenues, including Lee Ho Fook, Infinity by Mark Best, and the Sydney OperaHouse. We are now launching TJ's Po Boy's, a coastal Australian take on aSouthern classic, and we're looking for dedicated and reliable Food andBeverage Attendants join the opening team.

The role

n

We are looking for experienced and reliable Food andBeverage Staff to join our front of house team at Sydney Fish Market. You will have current and recent experienceworking in a fast paced environment and have a real passion for food innovationand delivering excellent customer experiences.

To ensure your success in this role you will have:

n

n
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
n
- Worked in either a contemporary café, or a lacarte restaurants
n
- Strong food and beverage knowledge
n
- Excellent customer service and communicationskills
n
- Experience with cash handling and POS systems
n
- Flexible and able to work across a 7 dayrotating roster
n
- Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation
n
- A working understanding of Food safety Standards
n
- Current RSA
n
