Join our team as a Care Worker on our mobile bus service , travelling across Sydney and providing compassionate support to people in their communities.

This is a unique opportunity to take your care skills on the road, meet people from diverse backgrounds and help create positive experiences for the people we support.

What You’ll Do n

- Provide person-centred care and support to older people while travelling on our bus service
n
- Assist people to feel safe, comfortable and valued throughout their journey
n
- Support individual needs while promoting dignity, independence and choice
n
- Build positive and respectful relationships with customers, families and colleagues
n
- Help create a welcoming, inclusive and supportive environment on board
n
- Work as part of a friendly and professional team while travelling to different locations across Sydney
n
- Contribute to the safe and smooth operation of the service
n

What You’ll Bring nn




- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent experience
n
- A genuine passion for supporting and caring for older people
n
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
n
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
n
- A calm, respectful and compassionate approach
n
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to travel across Sydney
n
- A commitment to providing safe, high-quality and person-centred care
n

Desirable: n

Experience in aged care, community services, disability, hospitality, retail or other customer-focused roles.
