Description n

Job Description:
n

- Ensure the smooth check-in and check-out of all guests.
n
- Accommodate the requests and needs of all guests, make recommendations, and upsell rooms and related services.
n
- Proactively communicate any guest feedback to the Duty Manager to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
n
- Answer and direct incoming calls from inside and outside the hotel.
n
- Answer and process reservation enquiries if required.
n
- Maintain current knowledge of all room rates and packages available.
n
- Dispatch requests to the appropriate department.
n
- Monitoring the safety and security of the hotel.
n

Skills And Experiences n
n
n
Desired Skills and Experience:
n
n
- 6 Months' experience as a Guest Service Agent or receptionist in a hotel is desirable but not essential.
n
- Exceptional customer service skills, communication, and time management skills
n
- A friendly and outgoing personality
n
- Proven ability to work unsupervised.
n
- Flexibility to work weekends and evening shifts including public holidays.
n
